The design looks for a typology to tackle the affordable housing problem. It aims at creating spaces with high flexibility and structural components for potential extension. The structure follows a simple grid with equal spacing that creates similar sized spaces for multiple functions. The base appearance of the buildings is robust and unpolished material to showcase the solidity and reduce cost. Certain types of vegetation are used to showcase the ageing of the development. The high customizability will enrich the façade over time.
A massive robust structure with gradually changing appearance, featuring creepers, copper roofing, balcony extension etc.
